WHAT IS THE PRIZE?
The prize of the contest each month is One (1) GIANT 2 Gallon Bubble Tea by Hello Jasmine. The winner is welcomed to bring friends (up to 10 people in total) to share the prize at the store.

HOW TO ENTER?
In addition, your photo and any other content included (your “Submission”) must meet the following requirements:

Submission must be your original content;

Submission must feature at least one item (food/drink) purchased from Hello Jasmine recently;

Where Submission is posted on Instagram, your account settings must be set to "public" such that your Posts are viewable by the Organizer;

Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, offensive, indecent, obscene, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
-
Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; and
-
Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of, or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Photo is created.

TIMING
The contest period runs every month from the 1st to the last day of the month 11:59 pm CST. Post Entries by the last day of the month 11:59 pm CST to enter the contest of the current month. The winner will be announced on the first day of the following month at 5 pm CST on Hello Jasmine's official Instagram account (@hellojasmine.us).
ELIGIBILITY

The contest is only open to users in the U.S.

For users under 18 years of age require the permission of a parent or guardian. By entering the contest, users under 18 years of age indicate that they have obtained the permission of a parent or guardian.

Employees of Hello Jasmine are not eligible.

Hello Jasmine reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.
ENTRY LIMIT

The same entry (photo) will only be selected as the winner once. (If you post the same photo which has already been selected as the winning photo again in the following months, the entry will be automatically disqualified.
PRIZE REDEMPTION
-
Winner will be announced on the first Monday of the following month at 4 pm CST for each contest period and will be contacted via private message by Hello Jasmine (@hellojasmine.us) on Instagram. The winner has to respond to the message to claim the prize within 48 hours. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

To claim the prize, the winners will be requested to provide his/her legal full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. The given information will be used as a confirmation to make a reservation and redeem the prize in-person.

The prize can be redeemed in 15 days after receiving the redemption code from Hello Jasmine. The redemption period is Monday to Thursday, not including public holidays (e.g. Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc). The table time limit is 2 hours. No outside food or drinks allowed.

The sugar and ice level are not available for adjustment. The prize can only be redeemed by the winner in person at the South Clark location (2026 S Clark Unit C, Chicago, IL 60616) and is not eligible for takeout and delivery service. The winner is welcomed to bring friends (up to 10 people in total) to share the prize at the store.

If the drink cannot be finished within 2 hours, guests may fill their provided cups with the remaining drink.

The winner can enjoy 10% off on their first food order during their visit to claim the prize.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winners will be requested to provide the redemption code and confirmation email when claiming the prize in person.

Reservation for redemption is required. Please email to hellojasmineus@gmail.com to give a 48-hour notice before coming into the store to redeem the prize. We do not accept any reservations made by phone.

Please notify us if you have food allergies as you make the reservation.

After making the reservation for redemption, you will receive a confirmation email about your reservation details. Please contact us via email at hellojasmineus@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Winners may be required to provide their passport or equivalent photo ID when arriving at Hello Jasmine South Clark location to claim their prize.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For January, we accept all the entries that were posted previously as long as the users complete the 3 steps to correctly enter the contest.

Hello Jasmine will pick the winner randomly from all complete entries of the month via Instagram.

By submitting the entries, each entrant agrees to the use of his/her Instagram user name and submissions (photos) on Hello Jasmine’s social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram, official website (www.hellojasmineus.com) and digital properties as placements. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

By redeeming the prize, the winners and their friends agree to let Hello Jasmine use the photos and videos for social media purposes.

Hello Jasmine reserves the right to revise the contest period, rules and prizes, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notification.

Hello Jasmine shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

Should any dispute arise, the decision of Hello Jasmine shall be final.

The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.
